Call your insurance agent to make sure:

• Your vehicle is insured with Comprehensive and Collision coverage at a deductible no higher than $500.
• Your vehicle’s insurance policy has the credit union listed as a lienholder/loss payee.

Please keep in mind part of your auto loan agreement is to provide full coverage of insurance (comprehensive and collision) while your vehicle is used as collateral at AppleTree Credit Union.

First, Second, and HELOC Loan Insurance Verification

Part of your loan agreement is to provide homeowners insurance coverage and/or flood insurance coverage protecting your property for AppleTree Credit Union for the entire term of your loan. The mortgage clause should read as follows:
