How do I access AppleTree CardControl?

1. Log in to your AppleTree Credit Union Mobile App. Select "MyCards" from the menu.

2. Your phone will prompt you to download the AppleTree CardControl App.

3. Don't have the AppleTree Credit Union Mobile App? Download it today from your device's app store.

How do I register for online/mobile banking?

Visit AppleTree.org and click "Not Enrolled? Enroll Today!" input your information and create an account. Don't know your member number? Contact AppleTree by calling or by visiting your local branch.

When a card is lost, does the new card number need to be registered manually?

Yes, the new card number must be registered. Add your new card by choosing Menu>Manage Portfolio>Add Card.

How is a lost or canceled card removed?

The old card cannot be removed, but the cardholder can unmanage the old card by going to Menu>Manage Portfolio. Uncheck all cards and accounts and tap "Save."

How long does it take for a control or alert setting to take effect?

Immediately, CardControl settings take effect as soon as the Updating information message in the app disappears.
